These Terms of service, alongside our Service Agreement and Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement governing your use of our services. Access and use of our services imply acceptance of these terms.

    (a) "Service(s)" include our website, mobile applications, Application Programming Interface (API) and any related financial technology services provided by Gypaid Africa Limited.
